SHIP

your product in 30 days
or DIE miss the deadline, get marked overboard forever.

Not because the idea is bad...

...but because nobody can use your product yet.

“Two more weeks to launch.”

It's been "two more weeks" for four months 💀

Polishing in silence isn't progress.

You don't need more time.
You need a different strategy.

Ship a product every 30 days
until one changes your life

01

step

Become a pirate

You become the average of the five people closest to you. Join a private crew of builders who actually ship products — not productivity tourists.

Join a Discord community of pirates who ship

Keep each other honest with daily check-ins

Feeling alone? Hop in a voice channel and cowork with the crew

02

step

Make a small bet

Building a business is scary. Build one feature with a "buy" button first. We break that small bet into a game-style startup roadmap.

One feature. One buy button. That's all it takes to validate

Overthinking? Each step guides you to the next one

Finally launch your idea — this part is non-negotiable

03

step

Never stop

This is the whole game. Hantar atau Mati exists so that quitting feels stupid and shipping feels fun. Keep building until you find the startup that changes your life.

A public mission profile that keeps you accountable

A 30-day deadline & trophies that turn shipping into a game

Ship, launch, repeat — that's your new normal

Miss the deadline... and you're out

Hall of shame in a public Discord channel

Kicked out of the community

Marked "overboard" in front of everyone

No refunds

Built by people who actually ship.

Zaki Othman

Indie hacker, KL. Spent 2 years building a brilliant startup nobody wanted: 0 users, RM0 revenue. Switched strategy — build, launch, repeat — and has now shipped 30+ products, a few past RM20K MRR.

Nurul Aisyah

Quit her day job to teach herself to code. Her first app hit 100,000 downloads, then she shipped two more products now earning real monthly revenue. Living proof the loop works.

    Questions before you board?

What kind of product can I build?

Anything, as long as it can be shared with a link. SaaS, a tool, a directory, a marketplace, an AI wrapper, a weird little experiment. If the crew can click it, it counts.

What if I already have an idea?

Great. Bring it aboard and stop polishing the treasure map. The goal is to ship the smallest version people can actually use.

What if I don't have an idea yet?

You'll pick one fast. No hiding in the fog for three weeks asking the wind for permission.

Do I need to be a technical founder?

No. You just need to be stubborn enough to get one link live. Code it yourself, vibe code it, or duct-tape it together. The sea doesn't care how your boat floats.

When does the 30-day timer start?

After checkout, you pick the project you're committing to. The moment that mission is created, the 30-day timer starts. Once you ship and stay aboard, you don't have to start a new mission right away — begin whenever you want, and that kicks off a fresh 30-day timer.

What happens if I don't launch in 30 days?

You get marked "overboard", lose community access, and become a cautionary tale for the next batch of pirates who think they're special.

Can I change my idea after joining?

Yes, early on and for the right reasons. But once you sign the pledge, you're committed to that idea and the 30-day clock.

    Is this a course?

No. Courses make you feel productive while you keep hiding. This is a deadline, an exclusive community, and a public launch ready to judge your excuses.

How much time do I need each week?

Enough to move the ship every day. Some pirates have full-time jobs, kids, chaos, and terrible Wi-Fi. The rule is progress, not perfect conditions.

    Can I get a refund?

If you're seriously asking this, blink twice and start over.
